FREE & FILE-SHARE SITES
What free sites are should be pretty obvious: these are sites where you can download pictures and, less often, videos for free. File-share sites are sites where contributors add pictures or videos for others to download. Some of these file-share sites are free to join. You have to be a bit careful, because dishonest people can set them up as traps to invade your computer. So I would dissuade you from doing a wild search for them. Two that I have found to be EXCELLENT are FILESMONSTER.COM and XHAMSTER.COM. The former you have to pay for; but, for what you get, the cost is minimal (e.g., $39.95 for 3 months unlimited access). The latter, I believe, is free. At least, I can't remember ever paying anything for it. In both cases, I essentially had to provide my name and a legitimate email address. Both sites contain thousands of pages of videos (XHAMSTER also has some pictures) in a wide range of categories. And everyday several new pages of videos are added. In both, you can narrow your search by, for example, selecting BLOWJOBS or ORAL. Then up will pop hundreds if not thousands of pages of them. IT IS THE BEST WAY I KNOW OF TO FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH WHAT'S OUT THERE. Besides individual contributors, a lot of the big name porn sites will put videos there, usually full-length but at a slightly lower resolution than at their own site, to entice you to go to their site and sign up. But many of the videos are still high-definition or close to it. I have found TONS of material at both these sites, and continue to visit them at least a couple of times per week. I'm always finding more great scenes.

FILEBOOM.COM
FILEBOOM.COM is listed first only because it comes first alphabetically. In truth, I think it is the smallest of these site. That being said, it has some great material, contributed by numerous different other sites & sources, that you can access for a reasonable, fixed monthly price. Some of this material is borderline taboo. Here are some samples:

STRENGTHS: The main strength of sites like FileBoom is that you get to see scenes you might not find elsewhere, and from multiple different sources. You can then go back to those original sources if you like what you see.

OVERALL: FileBoom.com was the first of the file sharing-sites I found and I am very glad I did. It's worth a look.
FILESMONSTER.COM
FILESMONSTER.COM is another file-sharing site that I've come across, and it is FANTASTIC. First, it's HUGE. Second, there is TONS of FCBJ content. And third, that content is fairly easy to find: just select bukkake or search terms like 'blowjob' or 'CFNM' and you'll get pages and pages of videos and pictures to look through. There is an especially large number of fully-clothed blow-bang scenes to enjoy.

STRENGTHS: The massive volume and tremendous diversity of material, including FCBJ material, is a MAJOR strength of this site. It also, like these other file share sights, allows you to sample scenes from many different sources. I have become a continuous subscriber to this site because numerous new scenes are added into virtually every category daily.
WEAKNESSES: The price (~$40 US per month) is a little steep compared to most sites though, I think, very worth it given the amount and breadth of material. I check back every 2 or 3 days and virtually always find a FCBJ scene worth downloading. Most scenes are lower resolution than on the parent sites themselves (but that is to be expected, as THEY want your business too).
OVERALL: A GREAT site, ESPECIALLY if you are just getting started on your FCBJ collection.
XHAMSTER.COM
XHamster.com is much like the two sites described about; but it's free. And it has countless videos to choose from in all categories. If you look left and slide down the list of categories, at the bottom you'll come to an icon that reads 'All Categories'. If you click on that, about 150 different categories are listed, in alphabetical order, including things like blowjobs, bukkake, CFNM (clothed female, naked male), old-young, and numerous other categories where you can find fully-clothed blowjob (FCBJ) content. Take your pick. To give you an idea of the size of this site, if you click on 'blowjobs', you get over 5000 pages of videos, each with 40 videos. That's 200,000 selections, guys. Admittedly, you see repeats... but still. I find that they add at least 500 new selections to their blowjob pages every single day. And among those 500 new videos, there are ALWAYS AT LEAST 5-10 new videos with great FCBJ content. And again, this all is FREE. What's the downside? There's only one: what you see here are videos added by members. These include guys filming their GF/sister/mom with their own cameras while she blows them (almost all POV and low quality); and tons of short videos from other websites - mostly lower-quality samplers. Having said this, it's still a TON of GREAT FCBJ material and many videos are 960 x 720 pixels, which isn't bad at all. It also gives you a way to find other paid sites with FCBJ material that you'd like to pay to become a member of (to get the full, high-definition videos). MOTHERLESS.COM
It costs $10 US per month to belong to MOTHERLESS.COM, and it gives you access to a TON of content that is downloaded by private members. Some of the material is from formal porn websites. But much of it is private material featuring real, true girls from next door, which I find ESPECIALLY hot and, frankly, heart-warming. I mean, with gruesome murders on virtually every channel, what in the Hell is shameful about a girl being filmed giving her BF a blowjob? Frankly, if we had BJs and other expressions of LOVE on TV instead of all these murders, maybe society wouldn't be so violent.
Anyway, at MOTHERLESS.COM, there are tons of pictures and tons of videos, with genre-specific galleries (e.g., blowjobs, gangbangs) and a SEARCH window. XVIDEOS.COM is another site that's free where you can find TONS of FREE FCBJ content, IF you're willing to look around for it, and settle for lower-resolution scenes that are often only partial scenes (as with Motherless.com). That being said, since fully-clothed blowjobs TEND to be at the start of most scenes anyway, you often capture all the FCBJ content the scene has to offer anyway. And you CAN'T beat the price.
